HBDI Assessment
The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®) assessment is a 120-question, highly validated diagnostic survey.
The instrument is based on the Whole Brain® Model, a metaphor for how people tend to use their brains and how their thinking works.
Results indicate a person’s thinking style preferences which have an influence on the way the candidate processes and understands information. It also demonstrates their approach to decision making.
The instrument is a helpful placement tool when making a potential offer to a candidate as it provides a valuable insight into the candidate prior to their engagement.
