Helen has an Honours degree in Dramatic Art and is in possession of a Post graduate diploma in Education.
After a fifteen year career teaching and lecturing in secondary and tertiary education, Helen commenced working in Recruitment in 1995.
In 2003 she started her own Recruitment business in Hyde Park Corner.
Natalia Hampson
Senior Consultant
Natalia has been working at HWR since 2012 when she started out as a Student Assistant and is now a Senior Consultant.
Her areas of specialisation are Agriculture, IT, Finance, Engineering and Education.
Natalia is an HR Honours Degree graduate from Monash South Africa.
She is also an accredited HBDI Practitioner (Validated Psychometric Tool).
Carrianne Whittal
Office Manager / PA / Consultant
Carrianne has been working at HWR since 2015 and plays a critical role in managing the day to day running of the office including HR and Finance.
She is also the key person who deals with our vendors and suppliers.
In addition to this she performs ad hoc recruitment functions as well as being Personal Assistant to our MD.
Noelle Van Schalkwyk
Part-time Recruitment Assistant
Noélle performs an essential support role to our MD and consultants within HWR.
She also looks after our social media platforms and various other necessary administrative tasks.
She is currently studying a BA degree specialising in Psychology and Communications at Varsity College.
Vicky Mafuduka
Office support / Relief Receptionist
Vicky has been working with Helen Wilson since 2001.
She performs reception relief duties at HWR as well as admin support including filing and is in charge of catering and facilities management.
Amy Wilson
Freelance Consultant
Amy works for HWR on a part time, ad hoc basis on research projects.
She is in possession of an Honours Degree in Drama and Film.

Hilton Jacobson
Bookkeeper / Accountant
Hilton has been with HWR since inception when he set up HWR as a Closed Corporation.
He is a Bcom graduate, is a member of SAIPA and is a registered tax practitioner.
He is responsible for VAT and PAYE and the full Accounting and Payroll function for the company
Shamieg Jardine
IT Consultant
Shamieg is the Director of Remote Outpost and has been working for HWR since 2005 when he set up the IT infrastructure in our offices.
He provides networked solutions to HWR using enterprise-class professionalism and service.
